Job Description

• Manage and maintain web hosting servers and infrastructure.


• Monitor server performance, uptime, and security.


• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.


• Configure and optimize web server software, such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS.


• Install and configure web applications and databases.·


• Troubleshoot server and network issues.


• Implement security measures to protect servers and data.


• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of web services.


• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web hosting technologies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).


• Proven experience managing web hosting servers and infrastructure.


• Strong knowledge of web server software, such as Apache, Nginx, or IIS.


• Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.


• Knowledge of WHM, WHMCS, Cloud computing and Server Management


• Understanding of server-side CSS.


• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Relevant certifications are a plus.
