Job Description

• As a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laundry Attendant. You will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our guests' linens and clothing, contributing to their overall satisfaction with their stay.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and clothing according to established procedures


• Inspect items for stains, damage, and cleanliness, and treat stains as necessary


• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area


• Keep inventory of linen and supplies and report any shortages or damages


• Assist guests with laundry-related inquiries and requests


• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in laundry operations preferred


• BSc, HND or equivalent


• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads and stand for extended periods


• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions


• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
