Position Overview

• We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.


• As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner


• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers on social media


• Provide menu information, make recommendations, and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods


• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner


• Resolve issues promptly and to the customer's satisfaction


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, lobby, and service stations


• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service


• Participate in training and development programs to improve knowledge and skills

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required


• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a restaurant or retail environment


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask


• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions


• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
