Position Overview



  • We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Direct Sales Agent to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and closing deals. The Direct Sales Agent will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to our company’s growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, cold calling, and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

  • Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential customers.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and product performance.

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in Direct Sales or in similar sales roles.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
