Summary of Responsibilities



  • To oversee the operations of hotel and event center in order to ensure execellent customer service at all times.

  • Develop strategies to market the hotel and event center.

  • Drive all subordinates to provide exceptional customer service. 

  • Drive all employees to imbibe our culture of execellent service in all our various operations.  

  • Manage budget and forecast /track revenue on weekly or monthly basis.

  • Monitor subordinates and customers’s consciousness to hygiene guidelines.

  • Ensure maximum safe and secure environment for the customers and staff. 

  • Report any suspicious customers/persons to the security agencies for necessary action.

  • Generate and present weekly performance report of the business to the Auditor and CEO e.t.c


Academic Qualification and Skills



  • HND/BSc in social science or related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in the same capacity. 

  • Idea candidate must have business acumen and ability to drive revenue.

  • Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work with less supervision.

  • Idea candidate must be organsed and good attention to details.

  • Candidate residing around Odo Ona Kekere, Challenge, New Garage, Akala or Idi Ayunre axis will be preferred
