Job Description

• Ensure that real estate-related laws, decisions, and regulations are interpreted.


• Keep an eye out for legal risks in real estate documentation and provide appropriate advice to clients.


• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.


• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.


• Assist with the legal and general advisory needs of our real estate portfolio.


• Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.


• Advocate in court on behalf of clients in cases involving zoning regulations, eminent domain, or land use issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law.


• Proven 2- 3 experience as a legal practitioner in the real estate or related industry.


• Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market.


• Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.


• High level of professionalism and integrity.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
