Reports To: Managing Director


Key Summary of the Job



  • Coordinate and handle all aspects of project execution.

  • Manage and oversee communication with clients, pre and post project execution.

  • Oversee all aspects of furniture delivery and installation from start to finish.

  • Coordinate the activities of the Installation team on site.

  • Liaise with all internal teams and ensure that all technical requirements are incorporated in the project design and installation documentations.

Task Complexities



  • Prepare detailed program of works for all projects and ensure timelines are strictly adhered to.

  • Oversee all aspects of project implementation and client communication.

  • Carry out site inspection to determine site readiness.

  • Attend site meetings and act as point of contact for clients for all project communication during execution process.

  • Work with Interior Designers and Technical department to meet Clients’ requirements

  • Schedule pre-installation meetings and post-installation walkthrough with the installers, Interior Designers and Technical team.

  • Plan and supervise product delivery and installation, including performance of work,

  • Provide timely and formal written communication throughout projects execution period and disseminate all critical information to all project stakeholders

  • Conduct quality inspection of work done on site by the installation team, identify and resolve snags within the specified timelines as per policy.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation of key project decisions as per clients /project requests and revisions.

  • Provide weekly project status update during operational meetings.


Education & Experience



  • First Degree in Architecture

  • Experience with ERP systems

  • Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience as a customer relationship/project manager or an architect (previous work experience within the furniture manufacturing industry is an added advantage).
