Job Brief



  • Our client is seeking to fill the Chief Operating Officer / Director of Operations position.

  • The Chief Operating Officer assumes front-line responsibility and authority for all departments and functions of the organization.

  • This position is to oversee the daily operations of the center, HR functions, and its associated revenue centers.


Job Responsibilities



  • Create strong alliances and partnerships within the organization and outside the organization with all vendors to ensure plans are hitting goals and ensuring the success of the web and social media presence.

  • Responsible for the management of the day-to-day activities and other HR Functions at the office.

  • Responsible for budget preparation, review, and reconciliation of financial statements and also financial management of the practice including forecasting and achieving revenue goals.

  • Recruitment and selection of potential employees and ability to lead a team and create a strong culture and work environment.

  • Creates quality control and process improvement to streamline office efficiencies.

  • Responsible for management and supervision of staff and departments.

  • Assist in resolving any patient concerns/problems.

  • Responsible for HIPAA compliance and patient privacy oversight.

  • Responsible for all inventory and quality control.

  • Develop a marketing strategy to maximize patient volume.

  • Responsible for contract negotiations with vendors & physicians.

  • Responsible for excellence in patient relations and ensuring processes are in place to provide the highest level of patient satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of all products, services, procedures, and surgeries in order to build out a 12-month marketing growth plan.


Job Qualifications



  • MBA Preferred or Bachelor's Degree in either Business Administration or related degree.

  • 4+ years of Managerial Skills as a COO or Practice Manager in a related field.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of discretionary income medical/cosmetic marketplace.

  • Expert knowledge of medical practice operations (preferably Plastic and/or Cosmetic Surgery) in an electronic medical records (EMR and Patient Now) environment.

  • Proven track record of managing a medical practice (preferably Plastic and/or Cosmetic Surgery).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

  • Strong decision-making skills and leadership skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to articulate vision and objectives.
