Job Description



  • Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate office

  • Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary

  • Provide administrative support across the organisation

  • Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

  • Organise and maintain files and records by developing a filing system

  • Perform business development and develop strategies in reaching out to prospective clients

  • Conduct regular facility inspection, document, and take necessary action duties at the front desk.

  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and maintain contact list

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

  • Research and creates presentations

  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies

  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and provide polite and professional communication.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.


Salary

N70,000 Monthly.
