Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls to appropriate office
Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary
Provide administrative support across the organisation
Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
Organise and maintain files and records by developing a filing system
Perform business development and develop strategies in reaching out to prospective clients
Conduct regular facility inspection, document, and take necessary action duties at the front desk.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and maintain contact list
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Research and creates presentations
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient and provide polite and professional communication.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
