Accountabilities (Responsibilities)



  • Create business development strategies, and drive sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Establish a thorough understanding of the industry and its dynamics to develop an annual sales and marketing strategy for the business, to complement the overall business strategy, to deliver on agreed KPIs.

  • Developing business proposals for new clients.

  • Manage client expectations throughout the sales cycle and closing process to ensure quality service delivery.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, exceeding targets, generating income, and providing value for clients. Accordingly, she/he will have well-developed contacts at senior levels in the financial services sector.

  • Build sales pipeline by developing and driving managing sales activities plans across the year. Track sales performance and growth.

  • Research and analyze new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships.

  • Develop winning proposals to clients.

  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the management.

  • Plan and execute solutions and services led strategy to grow services revenue.

  • Keep current with trends and issues in the IT and power industry, including current technologies and prices to advise, counsel, and educate Group management on the competitive and financial impact

  • Quantify new market opportunities, develop, and implement a company wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

  • Lead the efforts to increase our market share with financial institutions on the ground in Nigeria and additional countries. Plan and execute solutions and services strategy to grow services revenue

  • Develop growth and profitability of all SES solutions and products, while coordinating all aspects of product availability.

  • Monitor competitor activity in terms of customer experience, pricing, their alliances, credibility, and advice Structured Group management accordingly


Requirements



  • A University Degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 3 -5 years of Proven Business and Sales Development experience in financial technology, power & energy,  institutions, and related industry.

  • Good Negotiation and Networking skills.

  • Excellent relationship management skills, proficient in the use of CRM tools.

  • Strong analytics and commercial skills.

  • Excellent communication and influential skills.

  • Demonstrate strong capability in planning, strategizing, execution skill and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Excellent Presentation Skills.

  • Great organizational and team player skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
