The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing business solutions and sales ideas, identifying sales leads, pitching our office spaces to potential clients and closing new sales to increase the clientele and achieve profitable revenue growth for the company.
This role involves conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, developing sales strategies, forming business partnerships, and creating business development plans.
Responsibilities
Conducting market research to identify potential clients in the public sector and identifying business opportunities and sales leads.
Identifying and approaching potential customers through various channels, including cold calling and networking events in the public sector.
Increasing awareness and communicating our services via multiple marketing materials and channels.
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to generate revenue.
Preparing and presenting our services to identified prospects via PowerPoint presentations, quotes, proposals and sales displays as required.
Actively engaging in lead generation to build a robust customer pipeline.
Sending emails to potential clients and following up to the end.
Securing sales presentation weekly with identified clients in the target market
Achieving and exceeding periodic sales targets.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Providing accurate and detailed information to potential clients to facilitate informed decision-making.
Ensuring all required documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly.
Adhering to all internal policies and procedures in discharging duties.
Providing regular reports on sales performance and feedback to the management team.
Participating in training sessions to enhance service sales skills.
Working with other Business Development Executives to achieve business goals.
Following up with new business opportunities/leads through various platforms to establish a relationship and set up meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of office spaces.
Experience within the private and public sectors.
Competence Requirement:
Ability to engage clients and prospects on office space and event solutions.
Strong networking skills
Good communication, interpersonal, marketing and negotiation skills.
