Job Description

• Create detailed work packages that include scope of work, specifications, drawings, materials, tools, and equipment required.


• Determine the types and number of workers needed for each task (e.g., engineers, laborers, technicians).


• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather necessary information.


• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure resource availability.


• Work with Planner to Integrate work packages into the overall project schedule.


• Plan and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely execution.


• Ensure all work packages meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations


• Conduct reviews and audits of work packages to identify and address any issues


• Identify opportunities for improving the work packaging process.


• Optimizes the use of available labor, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
