Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that integrate the Nigerian and British curricula with the Montessori methodology.


• Create a stimulating and Christ-centered learning environment that fosters intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.


• Utilize differentiated instruction to cater to the individual needs of each student.


• Effectively assess student progress and communicate regularly with parents.


• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities.


• Uphold the Christian values and mission of the school.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Nigerian Teachers Registration Council (TRCN) certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Education (preferred) or a related field.


• Proven experience teaching in a nursery or primary school setting (3+ years).


• A strong understanding of the Nigerian and British curricula.


• In-depth knowledge and experience applying the Montessori methodology.


• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.


• A passion for child development and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in a Christian environment.


• Fluency in English language.
