• B.Sc in Human resource management


• 24 years cognate experience

Responsibilities:

Outsourcing:

• Manage Outsourcing accounts


• Manage outsourced staff and maintain client relationships with all parties involved


• Maintaining and updating outsourced employees’ details


• Ensure registration of managed health care for outsourced staff


• Coordinate and facilitate regular training for all outsourced staff

Recruitment:

• Assisting in the execution of projects and in delivering on different client briefs


• Administration of tests and assessments


• Interviewing and Report writing


• Managing the end to end process from short listing to providing feedback to candidates


• Database Management

Learning and Development:

• Coordinating and facilitating training sessions


• Analysis and training report writing


• Research in areas of training content and material presentation


• Designing training programs and course content


• Attract pool of talent to the website and recruitment portal.


• Client Relationship:


• Establish and maintain relationships clients


• Customer relationship management


• Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s


• Resolving areas of concern raised by client
