Job Summary



  • The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment. This role is critical in managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities



  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.

  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.

  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments and meetings.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Maintain and update client records and files.

  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

  • Support the office staff with additional tasks as needed.

  • Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications



  • BSc or HND; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Friendly and professional attitude.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
