The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment. This role is critical in managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, and supporting administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Coordinate and schedule client appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain and update client records and files.
Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Support the office staff with additional tasks as needed.
Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
BSc or HND; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
