Job Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller/sales to join our team. TheTelecaller/sales will be responsible for contacting potential customers to introduce our products/services, answer questions, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle objections effectively.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.

  • Make outgoing calls to follow up with potential leads and convert them into customers.

  • Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.

  • Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers.

  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

  • Handle objections and complaints effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a telecaller/ sales or similar sales/customer service role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to persuade and influence customers.

  • Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
