  • Our client is recruiting for a Sales Representative with B2B retail sales experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products in both online and physical retail settings.

  • Additionally, you will engage with supermarkets and corporate establishments to market and sell souvenirs.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for online and physical retail channels.

  • Create and maintain relationships with key clients, including supermarkets and corporate clients, to promote and sell souvenirs.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated with industry trends.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns for both online and offline channels.

  • Plan and execute sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.

  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients and customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in the retail. 

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (ZohoCRM) and lead generation tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sales Skills Required: Research, Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Booking, Pitching, cold calling.
