Our client is recruiting for a Sales Representative with B2B retail sales experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our products in both online and physical retail settings.
Additionally, you will engage with supermarkets and corporate establishments to market and sell souvenirs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for online and physical retail channels.
Create and maintain relationships with key clients, including supermarkets and corporate clients, to promote and sell souvenirs.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay updated with industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials and campaigns for both online and offline channels.
Plan and execute sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand business opportunities.
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients and customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in the retail.
Familiarity with CRM tools (ZohoCRM) and lead generation tools
