As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources functions for our diverse portfolio of clients. From boutique hotels to restuarants, to lounges , our clients trust us to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and that starts with cultivating engaged, empowered teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent across various roles within our client establishments. Craft compelling job descriptions, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing guidance on HR policies, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication channels between management and staff.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to assess employee productivity, identify areas for improvement, and recognize outstanding contributions. Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting meaningful goals.
- Training and Development: Design and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine initiatives to meet evolving needs.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR practices. Conduct audits and implement corrective measures as necessary to mitigate risks and uphold ethical standards.
