Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanic with over 7 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Japanese, German, and American vehicles. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and possess a thorough understanding of automotive systems and components.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Diagnostics:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic procedures using advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify issues in Japanese, German, and American vehicles.
- Interpret diagnostic results accurately to pinpoint malfunctions and determine appropriate repair actions.
Repairs and Maintenance:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize expertise in Japanese, German, and American automotive engineering to provide efficient and effective repair solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair techniques.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnostic results, repair procedures, and estimated costs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repair outcomes.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and services performed.
- Ensure all repair orders are completed in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other mechanics and service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist and mentor junior mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing Japanese, German, and American vehicles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as OBD-II scanners, oscilloscopes, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine performance, transmission, electrical, and braking systems.
- Certifications:
- Relevant certifications of freedom
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or an automotive degree is a plus.
- Other Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Have 2 or more Guarantor that can stand for you
