Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. A Sales Executive has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets and meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers.
- Manage sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software or other sales tools.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, activities, and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
