  • Develop and produce business intelligence, including reporting on non-financial KPIs such as impact reports

  • Support any financial planning outside of the regular budget cycle

  • Liaise with all other business units to challenge the status quo, implement new ideas, investigate and implement more efficient solutions and processes.

Others:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including accounting principles, tax laws, and corporate policies.

  • Assist in the development and execution of corporate finance strategies, including capital structure optimization, liquidity management, and investment strategies.

  • Support end-to-end M&A processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring, and negotiation

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences

  • Financial services and/or Fintech experience will be a plus
