Job Summary

• We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)


• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth


• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform business decisions


• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns


• Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and shipping


• Develop and manage the customer service team

Requirements
