As a DMO you will help grow deposits on the platform and help customers experience liberation from traditional banking challenges. This role is great for you if you have a strong personality, love professional development, are self-driven, and can take initiative.

If you are willing to learn, your colleagues and manager(s) will coach you on how to be successful in the role and provide mentorship to help you grow in your career. 

Several positions are available at our branches in:

• Yaba, Ikeja, Mile 12/Ketu, Ikorodu, Sango, Ile Epo, Ikotun, Ipaja, Ajah, Alaba and Oko-afo/Agbara.


• Candidates will be asked to select their preferred location.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote deposit products.


• Work with the sales team to discuss performance targets and develop sales strategies.


• Speaking to potential customers with joy and enthusiasm to understand their financial and business needs.


• Hybrid- 2 days at HQ/branch office as needed.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or any related field.


• You have a minimum of an ND/HND.


• Strong personality. Enjoy speaking to people and winning.


• You have a hustle mentality. You are willing to learn and are not afraid (or are willing) to conquer your fears. 


• You understand the economy and what Nigerians are facing from an economic perspective. You can understand CBN rates.


• You love to problem solve, negotiate, and enjoy being a part of a winning team. 


• You are honest and trustworthy.


• You are trainable and can learn from others to develop, grow, and succeed in the role.
