Key Responsibilities:




  • Sales Strategy Development:



    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

    • Identify new market opportunities and establish plans to penetrate and grow those markets.




  • Customer Relationship Management:



    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

    • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.




  • Technical Expertise and Consultation:



    • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of our generator products and solutions.

    • Provide technical support and consultation to customers, helping them select the appropriate products for their needs.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and partners.




  • Sales Process Management:



    • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to meet both client and company needs.




  • Market and Competitor Analysis:



    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

    • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends.

    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.




  • Reporting and Documentation:



    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.

    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.




Qualifications:




  • Education:



    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.




  • Experience:



    • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the generator or engineering industry.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.




  • Skills:



    • Strong technical knowledge of generator systems and engineering concepts.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
