• Over View on Material planning


• How to create Purchase requisition / Purchase order 


• Converting production plans into Material required plan


• Material forecasting based on production plan                                                                                                                                                                                  


• Material Safety stock and re-order point                                                                                                                                                                                  


• Communication flow with different stakeholder

Expectations out of the Project                                                                                                                                                                  

• Secure Materials required for summer promo launches 


• Fresh perspective and insights of the new generation


• Support existing employees during summer season


•  Have a Pipeline for talents for future recruitment.
