Summary

• The incumbent will guarantee correct operation of the equipment and optimal production process for filling and packaging of cosmetic products according to safety, quality and production order.

Responsibilities

• Relate firsthand information to superior in a precise and timely manner.


• Initiate standard operating procedures and ensure compliance regards material supply.


• Follow safety and quality-related instructions and address deviations to superior.


• Perform in process control activities in compliance with standard operating procedure.


• Ensure tidiness and 5S Compliance.


• Perform regular cleaning of the equipment when out of base condition.


• Ensure no quality defects product goes to trade.


• Operate equipment and perform assembly processes according to production order at all lines


• Ensure material availability through close cooperation with Inventory lead


• Documentation of performance losses.


• Documentation of production line document.


• Support and onboarding of new colleagues and temporary workers.


• Generate proposals for further improvements (continuous improvement process) and follow through for execution.


• He drives safety and quality consciousness across the team member and put system in place for quick escalations


• Ensure adherence to PM scheduling of all equipment with verifiable documents


• Trouble shooting in line with his capabilities and call for quick intervention when deemed necessary


• Ensure accurate declaration of Finished goods produced and reconciliation with inventory team.


• Develop individuals within teams as pipeline for critical roles within teams.

Requirements

• ND in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or any relevant technical discipline


• Experience in production of consumer goods (e.g. drugs, food, cosmetics)


• Attention to detail.


• Good troubleshooting skills


• Sound technical know-how.
