Job Description

• Our client is looking for a talented Architect to lead architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.


• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design plans, preparing detailed drawings, and ensuring projects meet all specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction and completion.


• Develop and present design concepts, plans, and specifications.


• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to integrate design requirements.


• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.


• Conduct site visits to ensure project compliance with design specifications and building codes.


• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.


• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.


• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and zoning regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.


• Licensed Architect with at least 3 years of experience.


• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.


• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


• Knowledge of sustainable design practices; LEED accreditation is a plus.


• Highly proficient in 3D rendering.
