  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

  • As a BD executive at Baaraku Staffing, you will play a crucial role in our operations by matching clients with suitable job opportunities and driving our online sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Client Job Matching:



  • Assess client needs and preferences to identify suitable job opportunities.

  • Utilize various job boards to find and apply for relevant positions on behalf of clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving job search requirements.

  • Provide clients with regular updates on job application progress and outcomes.

  • Ensure a high success rate of job placements by thoroughly understanding job descriptions and client qualifications.


Online Sales and Lead Conversion:



  • Manage and convert leads generated from online marketing campaigns into sales.

  • Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Communicate effectively with potential clients via email, phone, and online platforms to understand their staffing needs.

  • Present and promote Baaraku Staffing services to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.


Collaboration and Reporting:



  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless client handovers and successful job placements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, job placements, and client satisfaction.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 - 3 years experience.

  • Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of job boards and online application processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
