Prepare and agree individual action plans and targets for all team members
Prepare and agree presentations, proposals and price lists to enable the team to deliver accurate and competitive information whilst maintaining maximum profit margin and assist team members to prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals.
Delegate authority and responsibility to team members with supervision, accountability and review
Maintain contact with client for feedback and to obtain client satisfaction

Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Financial/commercial management exposure and strategic perspective.
