- Procuring majorly banking business and optimising negotiations and production through active promotion and as a result of an in-depth knowledge of the market.
Responsibilities
- Internal sales correspondence
- Sourcing of New Business for the resort
- Compile reports on sales activities
- Updates sales activities database
- Compiling and update contracts
- File contracts for safe keeping and referral
- Competitor Analysis and Reporting
- Management of relations with Clients and Agents
- Establishing and maintaining relations with banking/financial companies and corporate companies to grasp sales opportunities (Participating in promotional actions: road shows, workshops, partnerships on major one-shot offers).
- Proposing promotional actions in liaison with the destination.
- Motivating and stimulating corporate client networks.
- Manage all the Resorts Marketing Activities
- Support of the presence, effectiveness and awareness of the Resort
- Ensuring possession and utilisation of all sales tools.
- Participating in the solution of customer queries and complaints.
- Sourcing new business and retaining current clients
- Oversee social and digital marketing aspects of the resort
Education / Professional experience
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Hospitality Studies, or equivalent vocational experience.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Competent desktop software user.
- Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is essential. Fluent in English and a 2nd language would be a plus
