  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress of projects

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

  • Report issues and escalate to management as needed

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


Requirements and Skills



  • Proven experience as a project supervisor with at least 5 years experience in an FMCG preferably in an interior decoration company, architectural company, and visual merchandising or related field.

  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Knowledge of fabrication processes and materials.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent leadership and managerial skill

  • Trustworthy and reliable

  • Must have good eyes for aesthetics and details.
