Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, HND or Masters Degree with at least 5 years work experience.


• Applicant must have valid teaching certification and, often, additional certification in school administration or leadership.


• Appicant must have several years of teaching experience, usually at the secondary school level.


• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities to guide teachers, staff, and students.


• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, staff, and the broader community.


• Proficiency in school management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.


• Knowledge of educational laws, policies, and regulations.


• Dedication to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.


• Emphasis on academic excellence and extracurricular opportunities


• Capability to develop and implement a strategic vision for the school's growth and improvement


• Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in educational practices.
