Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product demonstrations.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for product adoption and expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in CRM software.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to the development of customer support resources and knowledge base.
Requirements
You are a good fit for this role if you have;
- HND / Bachelor's Degrees in any field or Diploma with 0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in using customer support software and CRM platforms.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
