Job Description

• Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member


• Assist in preparing engineering related calculations and developingdrawings and visual aids


• Assisting with fieldwork for data collection, site inspections, and observations


• Preparing spreadsheets, graphs, and figures for design reports


• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items


• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Project Team


• Ensure that traffic control measures are implemented and maintained during construction


• Monitor and record the work and progress of contractors while tracking material quality and usage


• Assist with civil drafting in AutoCAD


• Work with field inspection teams for oversight of construction projects; Industry Construction

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering


• Currently undergoing the NYSC program


• Yet to secure a primary assignment


• Demonstrate excellent communication skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


• Familiarity with designsoftware e.g. AutoCAD is a plus


• Interest in the Real estate development industry and willingness to learn


• Must reside in Lekki / Ajahand its Environs


• Must be willing to resume Immediately
