Responsibilities

Concept Development:

• Generate innovative design concepts and translate them into feasible product designs through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.

User Research:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. Analyze feedback and data to inform design decisions.

Design Execution:

• Create detailed design specifications, for product features, ensuring alignment with user experience principles and brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

Prototyping:

• Develop interactive prototypes to test design concepts and iterate based on user feedback and technical constraints.

Design Systems:

• Own the development and maintenance of a consistent design language and system across all products.

Trend Analysis:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the design process.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with the engineering team during the development phase to ensure the final product meets design specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, computer science, engineering, or a related field or a professional certification/training in a design-related field or equivalent industry experience


• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful design projects that have gone from concept to production. At least 1 year of leadership experience managing a minimum of 2 persons.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.


• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.


• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.


• Experience with embedding micro-interactions in designs


• Strong communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
