Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to customers and prospects in the concrete waterproofing industry.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors

  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, Construction Management, or any related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of concrete waterproofing principles, materials, and applications

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
