We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to customers and prospects in the concrete waterproofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, engineers, and contractors
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, Construction Management, or any related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
Strong knowledge of concrete waterproofing principles, materials, and applications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
