The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Managing the point-of-sale processes.
- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
- Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
- Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Managing a team of 6-10 people.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Retail Sales role, ideally within the the Accounting Industry, Brokerage / Treasury / Securities Exchange and Insurance industry.
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
