Job Objective
- This role is responsible for creating engaging video content that supports the company's marketing and communication strategies.
- This includes planning, shooting, editing, and producing videos for various platforms, ensuring that the content aligns with the brand’s message and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Video Production:
- Plan, film, and edit video content for a variety of marketing channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Develop storyboards and scripts to convey the desired message effectively.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and high-quality video content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals.
- Capture video footage and audio in various settings, both in-studio and on location.
Editing and Post-Production:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Add effects, graphics, music, and sound to enhance video quality and engagement.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align video content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and communications teams to develop video content that meets project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into video projects.
Equipment Management:
- Maintain and manage video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and recommend new tools and techniques.
Creative Direction:
- Provide creative direction and input during the video production process to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay abreast of video trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all video projects.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor video performance metrics and provide insights on video effectiveness.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improving video content and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and video production, preferably in a marketing context.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Creative storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging video content.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
