Job Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business dashboards and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across various departments within our e-commerce organization. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and business acumen to transform data into meaningful visualizations and strategic recommendations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving performance improvements, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Job Details

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive business dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather data sources, and design dashboard solutions that address specific needs and objectives


• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance for analysis and reporting purposes.


• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and performance trends to track progress against goals and identify areas for optimization.


• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive investigations to answer business questions, solve problems, and support cross-functional initiatives.


• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, presentations, and reports.


• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data visualization.
