Reaching out to customers before their respective renewal dates to notify them of the renewal.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell existing products and services to customers to generate company revenue. Also upsell products and services to existing clients to increase sales and improve the profit margin.
Build excellent knowledge of D&B products and services and advise customers appropriately.
Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant degree.
2 - 6 years Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support or Telemarketing experience.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to transform customer conversations into business-driving relationships while still managing to serve the customers’ goals as best as possible.
Experience working in a target driven environment.
Knowledge of churn reduction tactics and experience implementing these tactics
