Job Description

• Are you a creative and entrepreneurial photographer with a knack for studio management? We are looking for a motivated individual to oversee our studio operations, ensure the highest quality of photography services, and develop strategies to generate revenue.


• The ideal candidate will combine their artistic skills with business acumen to elevate our studio to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service.


• Create stunning visual content that meets client needs and exceeds their expectations.


• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase studio revenue.


• Manage studio bookings, client consultations, and post-production processes.


• Utilize marketing and social media to promote the studio and its services.


• Maintain studio equipment and ensure it is in optimal working condition.


• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver customized photography solutions.


• Oversee financial aspects of the studio, including budgeting, pricing, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.


• Previous experience in studio management or a related role.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing a business and generating revenue.


• Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


• Must reside in Abuja, Nigeria.
