Job Description




  •  JOB OVERVIEW: 

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing channels, planning and executing digital campaigns, determining target audience preferences, forecasting campaign responses, and assisting in the 

  • formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with players and customers. The ideal candidate will make informed digital marketing decisions to drive lead conversion and sales, MUST be resident in Abuja and available for a full-time onsite role.

  •  


Key Responsibilties


Campaign Management: 



  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

  • Plan and manage social media platforms. 

  • Create and execute email-based marketing campaigns. 

  • Manage PPC campaigns on various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Medium. 

  • Create anticipation around weekly live draws and increase visibility 

  • Execute SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain players/customers.


Content Creation and Optimization: 



  • Develop compelling visual content for online campaigns. 

  • Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as 

  • Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, and Google My Business. 

  • Edit and post content, videos, graphics, and images on online sites. 

  • Write Scripts for publications, and content calendars 

  • Contribute to the company’s medium blog for on-page and off-page optimization. 

  • Write compelling and engaging copy for various digital marketing materials. 

  • Using UX writing skills to improve user experience by providing precise and concise copy that guides users through our products. 


SEO and Website Management: 



  • Work on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of website pages. 

  • Track website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly. 

  • Optimize website performance to improve user experience and drive lead generation. 

  • Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of players/customers across various platforms. 


Partnership & Relationship Building: 



  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and relevant organizations. 

  • Secure mutually beneficial partnerships and maintain strong connections with partners. 


Social Media and Community Engagement: 



  • Manage the social media community and engage with the audience. 

  • Create a social media marketing strategy and campaign by developing content ideas, budget planning, and implementation schedules. 

  • Promote the brand’s products and services on various social media channels. 

  • Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase content visibility. 


Data Analysis and Reporting: 



  • Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance. 

  • Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. 

  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new technologies, and optimize marketing campaigns using web analytics tools.Compile performance reports using Google Analytics. 

  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to Management. 


Strategic Development: 



  • Assist in the formulation of digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers. 

  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies with the team. 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities. 


Job Requirements 



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field. 

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, experience in Gaming/Betting  Industry is an added advantage. 

  • Resident in Abuja, and available for on-site job. 

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads,  email marketing, and social media. 

  • Proficient in content creation, content calendar management, and content  marketing. 

  • Ability to drive brand awareness and generate leads through various digital  channels. 

  • Experienced community manager with excellent social media skills. 

  • Strong copy-writing skills, and the ideal candidate must be tech-savvy 

  • Proficient in executing SMS marketing campaigns. 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytic tools such as Google  Analytic. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
