Job Description



  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, preparing presentations and reports, coordinating tasks with various teams, and managing special projects to drive business growth and success.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support the leadership team in the development and execution of the company’s strategic plans by conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.

  • Analyze key performance metrics and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Compile data and information from various sources to create presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and commercial, to follow up on tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Manage special projects including but not limited to market expansion initiatives, product launches, and process optimization projects.

  • Support the CTO in day-to-day operations, including meeting coordination, calendar management, and other administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn with a strong desire to drive results and make an impact.
