The role holder will perform personalized administrative duties for senior management. Responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of the Head, Operations.
The Job holder will be required to effectively organize the daily itinerary and activities of the HOO to ensure smooth work flow.
Responsibilities
Maintain and coordinate the HOO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and related arrangements
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence;
Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items
Serve as a liaison between the HOO, managers, and other members of staff
Answer and respond to phone calls; communicate messages and information to the HOO
Keep the HOO informed of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Support the HOO’s efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of his daily work routine
Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the HOO
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Business Admin, Secretariat Studies, Economics or any related course, 1 year maximum post NYSC experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Assistant, Secretary, Receptionist or similar role. An NYSC member may be considered.
