  • A Personal Brand Assistant supports an individual in managing and growing their personal brand, online presence, and professional reputation.


Responsibilities



  • Manage social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, engagement)

  • Develop and implement a content strategy (blog posts, videos, podcasts, etc.)

  • Monitor and respond to online mentions and messages

  • Collaborate with influencers, sponsors, and partners

  • Optimize online profiles (website, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)

  • Create and schedule email newsletters

  • Analyze and report on performance metrics (engagement, website traffic, etc.)

  • Assist with speaking engagements, events, and appearances

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting

  • Passion for personal branding and online presence


Nice to have:



  • Experience with email marketing software and newsletter creation

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
