Job Description

• To carry out planned and reactive Mechanical and Engineeringmaintenance tasks safely and to an agreed standard within a defined portfolio to a required Service Level.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge and experienced in building related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation, plumbing works etc.


• Interpret Technical design and drawings


• Manage Mechanical and Electrical Installations (E.g. Street lighting, Air Conditioner, etc.).


• Monitor Project schedule and work progress.


• Developing test and commissioning documentation


• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.


• Ensure quality of work is achieved


• To lead a Team of skilled workers to carryout their works accurately and timely.


• Support the project team on site in electrical and mechanical related needs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess B. Eng in Mechanical / electrical Engineering.


• Strong knowledge of electrical installation


• The ability to work unsupervised in a pressurised environment.


• Knowledgeable in Auto CAD.


• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.


• Must be a problem solver minded and able to propose solutions to problems.


• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).


• Must have willingness to learn new things and accept new challenges.
