About the job
- The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination, tracking, implementation, and completion of all projects.
- The incumbent will oversee project delivery with respect to cost, time and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Provide real time project visibility using effective project management tools.
- Understand customers’ specific business needs and the required expectations based on project peculiarities.
- Monitor project deliverables/timelines and drive effective stakeholders' communication in order to eliminate project delivery gaps.
- Keep records of all projects delivered by the company and support all audit processes.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the status on each project.
- Coach and provide support to project team members on tasks assigned to them.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Project Management
- Relevant Project Management Certifications
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and Communication skills
- Experience in managing time and cost on project delivery
- Previous experience in managing customers' expectations
- Experience in using Microsoft Project Mgt. Online and other project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
