Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Officer at IBIC HOLDINGS located in Lagos.


• The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for equipment maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance and repair, electricity, and communication.


• The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of the facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintenance and repairs


• Technical expertise in repairs is a MUST


• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and in a team


• Attention to detail and time management skills


• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus


• Technical certifications or relevant degree/diploma is preferred
