JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OFFICE ASSISTANT



  • Monitor, handle shortages and coordinate with Account, Store & Procurement department to review the level of material supplies an prices.

  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail

  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.

  • Maintaining files.

  • Interact with visitors, vendors, and clients.

  • Answering phone calls.

  • Taking and delivering messages.

  • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.

  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.

  • Any other duties assigned. 


Note: Proximity to Oshodi- Illupeju Axis of Lagos State will be an added advantage.
