JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Monitor, handle shortages and coordinate with Account, Store & Procurement department to review the level of material supplies an prices.
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Maintaining files.
- Interact with visitors, vendors, and clients.
- Answering phone calls.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
- Any other duties assigned.
Note: Proximity to Oshodi- Illupeju Axis of Lagos State will be an added advantage.
