Responsibilities



  • Answer phones and greet visitors

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

  • Collate and distribute mail

  • Prepare communications such as memos,Official letters, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence

  • Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents

  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND in relevant fields with 1 - 2 years work experience.

  • Must be able to use Microsoft word & excel

  • Effective communication & Interpersonal skill

  • Must live close to the job location or its environment
